It all started with 007
In the early 2000s, Cheryl Eisen took a property that previously sat empty and unsold for a year and rewrote its ending. She created a design plot around James Bond that had all the allure of the iconic secret agent: white fur carpet, martini glasses—a true gentleman’s sanctuary. Just 10 days later, Daniel Craig himself purchased the apartment.
Today, Cheryl is the force behind Interior Marketing Group, an 80-person team of designers, project managers, in-house fabricators and marketing experts telling her visual stories in some of the most coveted real estate properties on the market.
An entrepreneurial spirit
When Cheryl couldn’t find the pieces she envisioned to outfit her staging projects, she began having them custom-made, demonstrating an innate understanding of what drives buyer decision-making. So captivating are the visual narratives of IMG’s interiors that most of their projects sell fully furnished.
At the forefront of trends
Pairing inspiring design with a multi-tiered approach to PR and marketing, IMG ensures its distinctive listings get noticed. Whether the team is staging a $195M penthouse for sale or providing concierge-style services for a $100K rental, the “It Factor” is ever-present.
