ONE57, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Christian de Portzamparc, overlooks Central Park and Midtown Manhattan through floor-to-ceiling walls of glass. Befitting its panoramic views and architectural pedigree, IMG staged this unit using furnishings with lofty proportions and gallery-worthy art. It was sold just one month later to a buyer who knows a thing or two about design: the founder of HGTV.
